Skype, Voipbuster en meer van zulk leuks

Hallo,

Even voor het gemak, zodat ik niet iedereen hoef te mailen:
onze Skype naam is fae-joy
onze Voipbusternaam is Fae-Astrid

Astrid & Joy

Mango Heaven

Just peeled and sliced 60 mangoes, yes there are plenty here. Considering it is by far my favourite fruit you can imagine I indulge. I have dried three batches and frozen many tubs for future breakfast fruit or ice cream. Yum!
A few weeks ago we had strawberries for breakfast, even more affordable than in NL. And now it is peach, nectarine, plum and cherry season too (down South of course). Fruity days...

Carols by Candlelight on Cable Beach

Have to admit: I was impressed. What a night. Big stage in the amphitheater at Cable Beach. Half the people of Broome in a wonderful atmosphere. Singing carols during sunset and after. Kids running around and playing, dressed in rainbow coloured bracelets and with wands. A tipsy Santa who arrived in a brightly coloured blow up sleigh with reindeer, impressive! And good fun. And food for the soul. X-mas in the tropics... did not seize to amaze me.
Whishing you a Merry Everything and Happy Always!

Done with decision making

We are staying where we are; another 12 months this little house is our home. So we finally ordered broadband, got ourselves a book shelve and a bed frame. Beautiful timber furniture, good for this climate and to last a lifetime. The X-mas tree is all plastic and colourful. The garden preparing for a wild wet season. The past period I have given in to some feelings of exhaustion as I was so tired of all the decision making. The next few weeks I will treat myself to do gardening. We can grow whatever we like as long as it doesn't exceed 3 m in hight, and I can't measure so we will go for whatever we feel like ;)
Soon there will be photo's and if possible a little guided tour in video on the net. Here or elsewhere, whatever works.
Much love
